Cancellation & Refunds
Deposit payments are 20%. Remaining balance payment is required by at least 8 weeks prior to departure.
You may cancel at any time within 14 days of receipt of your initial payment. You may cancel at any point after that at risk of losing your deposit payment, however any cancellations closer than 8 weeks to depature are not eligible for refund.

Ray Villas will not release any information given by you at this site to third parties.
Ray Villas will only collect, process and store information about you that we have openly collected from you or with your consent. The personal details you supply on our website website will be held for processing, research purposes, and for mailing you with information only about Ray Villas and related work. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend customers take out adequate travel insurance. In addition to the medical and personal possessions cover, this should also cover you in the event you need to cancel your trip. Where relevant, we are happy to provide a letter to assist with a travel insurance claim.
